office, Gas Station, Bar, Mall, Sewers, Warehouse, Apartment, Military Campaigns (like Spectre Operations, Twilight 2000 4th Edition, Ghost Ops, Force on Force, etc) and Vampire the Masquerade falls under Modern

I think this theme would be better called "Urban", since modern can mean so many things. A military campaing could be modern, but it would fit into a completely different category than VtM.
Both can occur in a city, but in an Urban story the city culture and daily life is much more important then, say, in a military campaign, where the city just becomes a landscape (usually with a lot of empty buildings where fighting occurs).
I would suggest splitting Urban into additional sub-categories. Here are some examples
1. 1960s to 1980s. Example universes set within this category: The Godfather, Stranger Things. Sherlock holmes. Detective stories of the "noir" type.
2. 1990s to 2010s. Examples would be your classical spy story, X-files (alien/horror), Supernatural (the TV series), Superman, and Vampires the Masquerade as originally suggested (as well as other WoD).
3. 2010s to now. The world has changed a lot, but in terms of maps I just think that the aesthetics has changed too much. Vehicles are much different, there are many more skyscrapers. Every building will most likely have a computer(even in some rural areas). Most machines and devices have acquired a cleaner, less industrial appearance. Populational density has grown. Economic disparity has grown with it. The city I live in was built in the 1960s, and even here there is an enormous difference between buildings from 30+ years ago and those from the last 5-10 years.
There are many flavor of contemporary cities when you consider that some of them have laws against modifying historical buildings, while others are completely new. And there are cities where the poorer regions have grown and swallowed the richer regions, and others where the richer population fled the center to live in the less crowded periphery, and so on...
The points above make sense especially if considering metropolitan areas. That is why I think saying "Urban" is completely different from saying "Modern". You could have a modern campaign set inside a gigantic airplane or in a cruiser ship, or in an abandoned town, or in old abandoned buildings located in a populated town. None of those would fit with maps that looked "urban".
Edit: I would also put cyberpunk on a separate category. It is a sub-genre of sci-fi and not a modern setting (despite the real world looking more and more like some cyberpunk stories xD).
Literally nobody is doing this right now, I can find 100 different dungeon generators but nothing for generating high-quality modern maps for Delta Green.
It would be nice to see both a pre-disaster and post-disaster for a modern theme. (i.e. a pre-disaster warehouse for something like City of Mists, and a post-disaster warehouse for Twilight 2000 or The Walking Dead RPG setting)
I run quite a few modern games and it would be awesome if we could add more modern objects like TVs, Computers, Modern Furniture, Glass Walls (like modern labs might have), things from the 80's to present.
Many of existing features are useful for modern era, just adding some walls, floors (concrete...) and objects (toilettes, beds, etc...) would be enough.
I have been running a Marvel game since 2012 and it would be great to quickly build modern maps. Most of my maps are custom or google screenshots photoshoped. Modern style buildings also work well for some parts of Shadowrun, like when you just need a hotel or something. Especially run down stuff
This would be SO great! I guess every WoD-GM would love this. Also it would be awesome if we could combine the settings to build maps that merge the real world and the Hedge or the Umbra or realms like this.
A modern theme would be super awesome for multiple reasons:
1. You could use this to run a DND or other campaign as though it's taking place currently. There are almost 0 maps for this.
2. You could use this to build your own house plans, design your deck, or furnish your room!
Simple Modern and Sci fi. Something that would fit say cyberpunk or Vampire the Masquerade. IT would include ideally, House, apartments, streets, appropriate lights, stores, office building, farms (modern farms),
Clubs/bars ,computers, TV's modern furniture and the like.
I'm currently playing a Vampire the Masquerade campain, and I would just love to be able to map buildings and houses among other things with Dungeon Alchemist. Only thing I can use to get a bit closer to this are manor assets, but it only works for only folks who despite technology then.
I would love to see this happen. I currently run a D&D 5th Edition campaign set in modern society and would absolutely love it if I could use Dungeon Alchemist to assemble some of the maps I need for it.

This would be very appreciated to play Vampire, Werewolf, Mage...

Maybe merge this with pulp/1920s theme, because it's also (semi) modern...and needs more votes ^^'

DA desperately needs a modern theme!

Yeah, or semi-modern, like Call of Cthulhu 1920's era as well.

some more modern and current theme, that we can use in rpg systems that take place close to the present day.

I would love a modern theme, as the campaign I'm running is the in the modern world.
Vernon Di Carlo
This would be so amazing. Most games with modern settings have awful vtt maps in the books.
Modern day with horror options like dilapidated farmhouse/sketchy rural gas stations/ abandoned hospital
Just regular current days settings for games like Vampire, Delta Green, or others, as well as modern days furniture and objects.

Would this cover post apocalyptic as well? I'm thinking it would work well with the Abandoned options that have just been rolled out.
