Modular stair parts

Stairs come in all shapes and sizes. If I have a plain 10ft stair, I can tack on others to make it wider and taller without miss-shaping dimentions.
With the same stair but 1/2 or 1/3 height, I can build my own stair shape, connecting them with platforms.
Cherry on top would be matching bannisters/handrails, that snap to the sides of the stair object/grid lines, or I can move freely in no-collision mode to place it eg in the middle of the stair.
