Miniature houses, carts, towers, castles, etc. They don't need to be too detailed, they are for use in making terrain maps.

I think this is great but I’d say not just for terrain maps but like pre-built buildings for a town map or to add details like homes and buildings around an inner city tavern.

This is a good idea. Could be combined with world generation idea. I would recommend creating the assets and then let the AI gather training data from how users place them. Then train off of that. Just let the players be the AI for a couple of months then use the data to train? Not sure if you are already gathering data that way.

Yeah. On the plus side, these mini-items don't need to really be integrated into the AI, and they could likely be done at a lower level of detail. Theoretically, they could be a lower effort add.
