Turn Off Animations and Reflections

Could we get a setting to turn off animations and reflections so that weaker computers are less impacted by things like water and lighting when building maps.

Please add to this turning off UI animations like the exploding settings and exports window. It just takes up time and resources when I want to get something done on an underpowered computer.

Does going to File ->Settings and changing the display to "low quality" help you at all?
