Text file-based key remapping

Until we implement a window that allows you to reconfigure keys, we will expose the key bindings in a text file so people can already edit it.

This is really needet. I always find myself trying to hit a key to change the brush size or scroll through the objects. It will be so good if we get additional keybindings in terms of usability.
